By adjusting the working state of the fan, the average wind speed in the clean working area can be maintained within the rated range, and the service life of the high-efficiency filter can be effectively extended.

The air passes through the primary filter, is pressed into the static pressure box by the centrifugal fan, and then filtered by the high-efficiency filter before being blown out from the air outlet to form a clean airflow. The clean airflow flows through the area that needs to be purified at a uniform cross-sectional wind speed, carrying away the dust in the area and creating a high cleanliness working environment.
Installation and use
The location of this workbench should be in a relatively clean working room (located in a primary purification room of 100000 or 300000 levels), plugged in the power, and turned on according to the functions shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the purification workbench should be carefully cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out within ten minutes after starting up.

1. According to actual usage, regularly remove and clean the primary filter, with a cleaning cycle of generally 3-6 months. If not cleaned for a long time, dust accumulation will affect the insufficient air intake and reduce the cleaning effect
2. When the ideal cross-sectional wind speed cannot be achieved after normal replacement or cleaning of the primary filter air filter, the operating voltage of the fan should be adjusted to achieve the ideal uniform wind speed.
3. Generally, when the working voltage of the fan is adjusted to the desired level after 18 days of use, and the ideal wind speed cannot be achieved, it indicates that the high-efficiency filter has accumulated too much dust (the filter holes on the filter material are basically blocked and need to be updated in a timely manner). The service life of a high-efficiency air filter is generally 18 months.
4. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, attention should be paid to the correctness of the model, specifications, and dimensions (original configuration), install the device according to the direction of the arrow, and pay attention to the sealing around the filter to ensure no leakage occurs.
